Thank you for shopping at Gelmavo. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
With original tags attached
In the original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Undergarments or intimate apparel
Customized or final sale items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gelmavo.myshoplaza.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
